Lindsay is a registered dietitian and senior account executive at FoodMinds, a division of Padilla. FoodMinds provides consulting and communications services specializing in harnessing science, public affairs, food values and communications to meet business and public health objectives. In her current role, Lindsay supports the implementation of comprehensive nutrition programs and a variety of strategic initiatives for her client teams, including nutrition influencer engagement, health partnership execution, research translation and nutrition landscape/health policy monitoring, among many others. Her accounts include Balchem, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Produce for Better Health Foundation and Welch’s. Lindsay earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in diet and exercise, with a minor in journalism and mass communication, from Iowa State University.
