Carrie’s diverse background in marketing research, brand strategy, corporate communications and advertising gives her the unique ability to assess our clients’ business needs from every angle. Then she applies her strong critical thinking and more than 20 years of account management expertise to develop integrated communications plans that strike the perfect balance between big creative ideas and seriously smart execution. As a key member of Padilla’s Heath team, Carrie champions business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) efforts for industry leaders including Cargill, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Concordia Plan Services and a number of nonprofits. Carrie graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, with a degree in English. She is a member of Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA).
