The focus of Dan’s work centers on discovering why buyers behave the way they do (or don’t). As lead for Padilla’s research division, SMS Research Advisors, Dan helps clients improve how products and services perform in their markets. From ideation and new product development to brand imaging and message testing, he’s done it all in his 20 years in research. While Dan has a wide array of industry experience, he mostly focuses on health care, technology, food and beverage and agriculture. Dan holds an MBA and is finishing his PhD in Psychology.
